
Lisa received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006 and her B.A. from Stanford University in 2000. While at Santa Clara, she served as an Articles Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, and as a judicial extern in the chambers of Judge Patricia V. Trumbull of the United States District Court of the Northern District of California. She is also the author of Easing an Impracticable Standard of Proof: Amending the FTDA To Overcome Moseley v.
